The designer reserves the right to decline any commission requests for any reason.

By default, it’s the designer’s right to post all works on social media and portfolio.

If the customer does not want the commission to be posted or streamed by a specific date, an additional fee of 20% of the total order value will be charged.

The client must obtain explicit permission from the respective artists for any files sent to the designer for commission usage. The designer will not be responsible for any copyright infringement committed by the client.

Should the client violate the terms of service by neglecting or refusing to read them, the designer retains the authority to terminate the commission without offering a refund.

The estimated turnaround time of delivery is between 2 - 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project.

The client is expected to be respectful and refrain from rushing the designer. Any possible delays will be informed in advance.

For custom commissions, the client is entitled to 2 minor revisions. Major modifications and changes in the design direction will incur additional charges. Revisions may also impact the delivery time.

The client must provide clear and decisive feedback, as any unreasonable or contradictory modifications may lead to the cancellation of the commission.

Hate speech or any disrespectful interaction by the customer will not be tolerated and will lead to cancellation of the order with no refund.

For skeb-style commissions, no revisions are allowed and no wips or updates will be sent.

Full payment is required before the start of the project.

The final price is subject to change depending on complexity.

The designer does not tolerate bargaining or attempts to obtain any payment method other than the ones stated.

Payment method: Paypal invoicing.

Failing to pay an invoice within 48 hours may lead to a cancellation and the slot will not be granted.

Rush commissions change the final price and the delivery time will be shorter than the default. In some cases, it can be accepted even when the regular commissions are closed.

No refunds will be issued once the work has begun.

The customer may cancel the order at any time revoking the rights to receive any project files and will not be eligible for a refund.

The designer has the right to cancel and issue a full refund of any commission at any time.

The client MUST give proper credit to the designer (@tatsuwu).

Should the customer decide not to attribute credit to the designer, an additional fee must be paid to obtain the full commercial license. This fee varies depending on the type of order.

It is not allowed to modify, sell, copy or redistribute the designs. If the customer wants to resell the files due to a model change, rebrand, redesign, redebut, it must be discussed and agreed upon with the designer. The client will have to pay additional fees.

Commercial use in merchandising and physical/digital products for profit will only be allowed if discussed in advance and will be charged accordingly.

The designer prohibits her works to be referenced or used as inspiration.

The designer retains copyright of all works in progress, completed and discarded. Therefore, the designer has complete freedom to post the works on social media and portfolio.

The client is responsible to keep the files safe and accessible.

Any edits on completed works, that was not the designer’s error, may be declined and is subject to additional charges due to the increased work time involved.

To upgrade files in the future, the customer must contact the designer in advance, as the designer will not keep a backup of the files for a very long duration.

backu of the files completed works may be removed from the hard drive after 1 month to optimize storage space.
